Volunteers to help garden at Shelter

Hi CL, We're currently raising funds to build a garden (out of planter boxes) at the Vacaville Homeless Shelter. We're seeking volunteers to help physically build this. And, we're also seeking sponsors. The goal is to grow healthy food in areas that need it most. Initially, I'll build about 300 sq ft of planter boxes and direct seed it with a variety of produce and herbs for the shelter's kitchen. Along the way, we're partnering up with a other small organizations to provide training, workshops, and overall garden maintenance.
