Dogs curiosity is getting best of him, needs special exercise trainer

My dog prefers f owners than roaming with the other dogs at the park. He always finds a reason to burry his nose and get a good sniff. He followed around one owner for five minutes the other day. It’s like he could care less about the other dogs. I’ve tried different dog parks and beaches. He is super friendly! Any suggestions how to help with his curiosity? Someone in heat on their4s that can help his knott get emptied so he can enjoy his time at the dog park better focusing on dog things? Be a good person and help!
