Supraclean Water Damage seeking a full time water restoration tech and lead tech to service residential and commercial water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire / smoke damage losses in San Jose and surrounding cities. We are looking for hardworking and honest professional and EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS! RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing vans with equipment and supplies Assess damage and service Client's property Set-up/ take down and monitor equipment Communicate assessed losses to clients and adjusters Take photos and document progress of loss Perform demolition of loss (if necessary) Attend daily production meetings for job updates and/or changes We pay for your continuing education certification courses Communicate and update client on progress of loss. Assess damage/ perform mitigation cleanup services in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics Not affraid to get dirty Keep vans and job-site clean and organized QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE NO EXCEPTIONS! Clean Driving Record Basic math and writing skills Able to lift 50 lbs or more Ability to work while wearing a respirator when needed Basic computer and smartphone skills or willingness to obtain necessary skills Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening evaluation Ability to work independently and in a team environment Not required but background knowledge would be beneficial: Knowledge or familiarity with fire/smoke damage restoration, sewage or water damage mitigation and/or mold remediation services Basic construction background This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- Takes pride in work.
