Looking For Home Owner With Fiber Internet In Their Area

Hello, I live on top of a hill, where I will most likely never be able to receive Fiber Internet. I'm looking for a home owner in southern San Diego that has Fiber Internet in their area. I would like to be able to pay for Fiber at that residence and beam it to my location. I'm willing to rent space on their roof to place a small antenna to beam the line-of-sight signal or pay for that home owners internet. A reference to the antenna that will most likely be used: https://store.ui.com/collections/operator-airfiber/products/airfiber-60-lr In order for this to work there will need to be line-of-sight from the home owner's location to mine. I attached an image with an area circled. Any place within that circle might have line-of-sight. If you or anyone you know lives in that area, and has Fiber Internet, please let me know.
