Experience a memorable evening at showcasing the exquisite and innovative cuisines of the Noble House Chefs of San Diego! The Noble House Hotels & Resorts San Diego chefs, known as the Noble Chefs, have come together to launch a quarterly dinner series, taking turns hosting at each of the four San Diego hotels: L’Auberge Del Mar, Estancia Hotel & Resort, San Diego Mission Bay Resort and Kona Kai Resort & Spa. In its 2022 installment, the guiding theme for the inaugural series is “Under the Influence of SoCal” where each host chef will weave an experience together showcasing how the unique locality, history and culture of the San Diego region impacts their own unique culinary appeal. Each chef will host one event at their property and direct the multi-course dinner party through the lens of how SoCal has them “under the influence” or inspired. Up first is Executive Chef Roy Hendrickson of San Diego Mission Bay Resort and Covewood on April 21. He will take center stage, working with each chef through a four course food and beverage experience, with his vision starring as the main course. Each ticket includes full access to food and drink experiences, live acoustic music, and entry for a special raffle prize. Seats are very limited, purchase yours today.
