Award-winning fine art photographer Scott Bolendz will offer students constructive feedback on their own travel/vacation-related image.
Award-winning fine art photographer Scott Bolendz has designed a new workshop that will offer students constructive feedback on their own travel/vacation-related images taken with smartphones and/or digital cameras. Students will first review – with several examples – some of the core technical and aesthetic elements that make an image strong and engaging. Then, as a group, students will have their own images evaluated by the instructor (as well as by the class) using an identifiable set of objective and subjective criteria. The goal will be to highlight areas of strength, as well as opportunities for improvement, in the images reviewed. The instructor will also do photo editing demonstrations on selected student images to illustrate easy ways to make a good photo look even better!
Students should submit up to 10 of their best/favorite images prior to the class
(submission details will be provided at the time of workshop registration).
