Here are the top five stories in Irving today: A Coppell couple is turning personal tragedy into help for families of organ donors through the nonprofit, Taylor's Gift Kindred Hearts Program. When Tara and Todd Storch's daughter died in a skiing accident in 2010, their choice to donate her organs saved five lives. They noticed a lack of emotional support and outreach, however. Through this new program, Taylor's Gift will provide trained Caring Guides and support groups to help families navigate the grieving process.
