My husband has been deployed since before thanksgiving, during this time we took in a puppy to be a potential service dog for me, but unfortunately she is a wash out. “Cora” is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling retriever and blue lab cross. Born 9/23/21, she is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and knows several commands such as sit, down, leave it, come, side (returns to a heel position), tuck (crawls under your legs when seated to stay out of the way) and is crate trained and house broke. Cora is great with cats, other dogs, and car rides. Due to her being a wash out, we cannot keep her on base as it puts us over our “pet” limit. Cora would best be suited for an active home with someone who likes to go on a daily run/weekend hiking. She is very light to run with and does not pull. We are asking a small rehoming fee and vet reference check.
