Join us for a Professional Development Event at St. Philip's College. THIS IS EVENT IS FREE. There is a $10/person, FULLY-REFUNDABLE, deposit required. Any deposits made will be forfeited and donated to Voices for Children by those who do not attend the event. Donations are greatly appreciated. FREE REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT CLOSES March 24th at 9:30am!Five (5) professional development hours will be given if you attend the whole event and once you have completed the post-event surveys for all sessions. The post-event surveys will ONLY be available during the event via a QR code. You must complete the post-event session surveys to receive a Training Certificate. Contact Ellie Escamilla, [email protected] for questions or group registrations.Please Note: Each person must be registered with their own email address. Otherwise, they will not receive their digital certificates. Certificates will be sent out the following Monday. Please Note: Refunds will not be given for any cancellations 7 days or less prior to the event. Any Registrations after the Registration Close date of March 24th will have a $10 fee associated with registration processing. If you would like to donate your deposit to Voices for Children (a 501c3 Non-Profit), you're more than welcome to. Your donation will help Voices continue to provide high-quality trainings! Upon checking in and completing the conference, your deposit will then be refunded within 4-5 business days. Once we receive the form, we will input the data. Each person that provides an email will receive their tickets via email. If you (or your colleagues) don't receive your tickets, please email Voices at [email protected] or call 210-858-8175 to inquire about the status of your ticket(s). Voices COVID-PolicyWe are grateful for the return of our in-person events, but we understand the pandemic is far from over. In an effort to protect those around us and the children we advocate for, we strongly encourage social distancing and mask-wearing in all indoor areas. We do not require attendees to be vaccinated but encourage everyone who is able to receive the COVID-19 vaccinations. Sanitizing stations will be available at the check in table and in each classroom. We are limiting the number of attendees in an effort to keep sessions smaller to allow for social distancing in classrooms. We ask that anyone who feels sick, has a fever, or who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 not attend the event. We can transfer your deposit to another one of our events in this situation.
