Requirements:
- Reside within 15 mins of downtown Temple
- Be extremely detailed oriented
- Have applicable experience
- Clean, Professional, and high standards for your own work
Duties:
- Preparing our venue for events then cleaning up afterwards.
- Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs. Sweeping, mopping, cleaning countertops, 2-4 bathrooms, a few windows, wiping down chairs, baseboards, ledges, sweeping store front sidewalk, and a few other basic tasks. Occasional folding linen napkins and setting place settings. Lifting, always <25lbs
Schedule:
- Average 6-25 hours/week. We offer flexibility (if you work / study full time at another place, this work could be performed late at night or early in the morning before or after your primary job).
- Occasionally we will need you to come in at midnight to clean after an event.
Compensation:
- Base Pay $18/hour.
- Bonus Pay: Every 12 event you set up/clean up: $300 Bonus
- Summary: Our bonus pay will bring your hourly up to ~$24/hour
- Room for growth as well as more hours as we expand.
- No insurance benefits.
