Multiple full time/part time, Temp and Temp - to - hire positions available for Janitors/Day Porters in the San Fernando Valley. Interview and apply today & you could be working within a week (or less). You'll receive weekly pay with direct deposit as an option. Our ideal porter can work independently and/or with a team to maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, stairwells, hallways, models, offices, and recreation areas. Work includes but not limited to: Trash pick-up and emptying/replacing trash Sweep halls Pressure Washing Sweep curbs Light touch up painting Clean and sanitize elevator, gym, pool area Move office supplies Remove graffiti Change light bulbs Check hall lights Water grounds (if/when needed) Vacuum/Sweep/Mop office and garage/parking lot Help clean common areas and apartments when needed Assist and support the Maintenance team as needed Job Requirements: Have reliable transportation to get to work Previous apartment cleaning experience is a PLUS but not needed.
