No phone calls or solicitations. The Martis Camp Club Golf Course Maintenance team is seeking full and part time teammates for the summer season. No experience needed, we will train! Martis Camp Club is a private 18-hole club located in Truckee, CA. The Greenskeeper position is a key members of the Golf Course Maintenance team who provides exceptional golf course conditions.  They work under the supervision of the superintendent to perform a variety of tasks to help maintain and improve the course throughout the season.  We enjoy what we do and have fun while doing it! Seasonal Full-time 40+ hours per week or Seasonal Part time 10-15 hours per week, typically 6:00am to 2:30pm.  We can work with your specific schedule! $19.00 per hour. Job Duties: -Performs- general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment. -Rake and maintain sand bunkers. -Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing. -Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material. -Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up). -Assist with golf course set-up procedures. -Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris. -Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning and plugging). -Operate equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas. -Incorporate safe work practices in job performance. -Help with the repair of our irrigation system and water features -Perform other duties as required. Requirements: -Must pass a pre-employment drug screen with a negative result (this includes marijuana) -Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, stand, twist, sit, walk, etc. as this is a physical job that requires walking over varied terrain -Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lb. -Ability to be upright for a majority of the workday Nosotros hablamos español!
