I have an opportunity to land a big job at a Church. The work includes some framing, installing insulation, putting up new drywall and texturing and installing a bunch of tile. Pretty big job and there is good money to be made but I need someone who is licensed and can write up the bid so its legal. Someone that either wants to do the job with us or just wants to make good money and be hands off? We do great work everything 100% and we have an "in" on this job cause we know someone. I am more than happy to go over all the details and to negotiate a deal. There is money to go around and good money at that!
