WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Patch recently asked on our Facebook page, "If you could bring back one local business that closed in town (it doesn't matter how long ago), which would it be?" The question struck a nerve, with several Patch readers offering their responses. Jenny Moore chose Lippert's Ice Cream Parlor, which generated six likes and a comment from another reader. Laurel Adams Ferns had to go with Le Virage and Vic Stewart's. Also receiving mentions were Mission Control, Le Cheval and The Original Mel's Diner. What should have been on this list?
