North Tahoe Marina is arguably Lake Tahoe's premier full service Marina. We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service and need the right employees to deliver our goal of safely getting customers' boats ready for a day on our beautiful lake.
Dock Attendant duties include but are not limited to...
-Driving boats from launch ramp and buoys to dock; for customers to pick up. Then back again on their return
-Interior cleaning/vacuuming and exterior rinsing of boats
-Maintains docks and public areas to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests and marina staff
-Ensure understanding and communication of boating safety to customers and assist customers with docking and piloting of boats
-Fueling, fluid and battery checks and maintaining of boats
-Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, and co-workers
Qualifications...
-Boat driving experience is an advantage but extensive training will be provided.
-Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
-Honesty and reliablity are valued characteristics!
Our priorities are employee and customer safety, environmental care of the lake and excellent customer service.
We need dedicated, hardworking employees with a strong understanding of customer service relations.
Season begins late April and ends early October
Expect to work weekends and holidays.
