I am posting this in search of like minded musicians who love to play and perform jazz standards, blues, swing & latin music. I am primarily a saxophonist that also doubles on other woodwind instruments and I am currently looking to form a jazz combo group to perform publicly in the Santa Cruz & surrounding areas. I’m looking for a guitarist/pianist or vibraphone player, a bassist (preferably upright & electric bass) & drummer. I am also open to other instrumentation being added as well such as additional horn players once a rhythm section has been established. I myself am fully vaccinated but, social distancing guidelines and masks will be in place if necessary.
