I'm looking for the right Handyman who can pretty much do just about anything.
I will pay the right person $12.00 an hour and hope you can start as soon as Monday morning, March 7th.
Here's a list of some projects in the works at my home:
1.) Help offload a small 5'x9' trailer at the Pasco County Landfill;
2.) Help put old nails out of a sub-floor and possibly replace a few sections of the sub-floor that are water damaged;
3.) Sand and re-stain and clearcoat a picnic table;
4.) Help clean out two garages, then return to the dump to offload;
5.) Move and set up patio furniture;
6.) Possibly remove carpeting in our home-based office (approx. 400 sq ft);
7.) Reattach a gutter downspout and connect to the wall from the second story to the ground. Minor other downspout projects.
8.) Pull a refrigerator out on our garage and wash it down outside and inside.
9.) Fill cracks around the floor of our garage.
10.) Fix screening;
11.) Small drywall hole or crack repairs and touch-up painting;
12.) Miscellaneous work around the house.
The right person is simply a hard worker who doesn't come to work hung-over or drunk, no drugs and doesn't smoke like a chimney every minute while working. I don't care what you do on your time, but I do care what you are doing while working for me.
If interested, you can text me a few things and I'll call you back to see if we can work together. Your response must include:
1.) Your name;
2.) Your cell phone number with area code;
3.) A photo of you so I know who to expect at my house and who I can tell the gate guard to let through into our community;
4.) And please tell me how many of the list of projects you are capable of doing from above.
