Regenerative Bison and Veggie burger pop up Soil is the greatest technology we have for sequestering carbon. On Sunday March 6th, Ramen Shop will be hosting a regenerative burger pop-up featuring a Bison Burger and Plant Based Burger (with real plants!) on Potato Kernza Buns highlighting ingredients grown in ways that actively restore ecosystems. Throughout the week we will share more information about the ingredients and their farmers’ growing practices. No ecosystem harnesses soil’s power more than grasslands - which can store more carbon belowground than a forest can store aboveground. The North American prairies once comprised the largest grassland in the world, before being eradicated of its wildlife and the soil turned to dirt. Join us in celebrating ranchers and farmers working to restore this powerful ecosystem by bringing bison, perennial grasses, and carbon back to the Great Plains.
