Join us for pilsners and poses in the beer garden with Crystal Kage Join Grand Central Brewhouse every 4th Sunday to get your morning flow in the courtyard followed by a beer on the house and great company before the brewery opens! Class led by Crystal Kage. This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis (or if you just want to come for the savasana and beer!).
