Over the last 5 decade anti nuke weaponry has advanced at a more significant rate than most other things. I do not believe that Putin will launch nukes, but if he does, there is a very strong chance they will be detonated over his own country. There is an even stronger chance that the will never even reach their target. Lunching nukes is a real crap shoot at this point. Putin is an idiot, but he is not "stupid". The only chance Putin will launch nuke is if he throws a tantrum because he cannot win in Ukraine.
