Handyman Wanted to help turn homes between tenants in Hillsborough and Pasco County $800 a week. Paid as independent contractor, not an employee. Requirements: 1) Must be on the job site (house) 7 hours per day M-F. We will make initial punch list, then continue to add to it as more repairs are needed You will be at different vacant homes every week. (Does not need to be 7 hours straight. Just a combined 7 hours anytime between 7a - 6p) - even if all work is done, there is still always things to do to go above and beyond. Plus, you may need to be at house to help let other vendors in, take pictures, and complete inspections. 7 hours a day. 2) Must have dependable transportation and be able to shop and pick up material from Home Depot and Lowe’s throughout project (We will pay for material with company account). This will be on your time and gas expense. (We assume about 5 hours a week on material runs, which is why we only require 7 hours on site. If you buy all material at once and only make one material run, great. If you want to buy material everyday, that’s fine too. It’s your schedule. You are an independent contractor. But, You do need to be physically onsite 7 hours a day) 3) Must be able make small dump trips (nothing too large) If you are interested, please reply back with some information about yourself and your experience.
