Description

Open to ANYONE! All age, creed, gender, etc., feel free to reach out!! Debut EP is here: https://open.spotify.com/album/27ROASJVBGDlp0eWAuEYX9?si=DjR4_jTdTXiEvqseRerjEw normcore is an SF-based folk rock band that started as a solo project and is now a 3-piece band looking for a 4th. We are looking for a keyboard player who is into our songs and is generally a good person to hang out with. Ability to sing and play any other instrument(s) is a major plus. We have a 60 minute set of originals comprised of the songs in the above EP, as well as several other originals. We have a free rehearsal space in Russian hill and practice Thursdays 6-8pm. The space already has a keyboard & amp if you want to use those instead of lugging equipment. We range from mid 30s to late 20s and all have full-time jobs. We have cranked back up post-pandemic and have various gigs planned this spring in SF, including Milk Bar, farmers markets, a couple shows in Marin, and at Club Waziema on Divis. We write guitar-based music with an emphasis on vocals and lyrics and are exploring more sounds and looking to groove and rock harder with more hands on deck. Email or text is good, please be in touch with any questions! -Adam
