Support Bodega Bay fishermen & Sonoma Cider with a Golden State Crab Feed!
Local Dungeness crab is a rich part of our Sonoma County heritage. Of course, we couldn't indulge in these delectable crustaceans without our beloved Bodega Bay fishermen to harvest them!
Slow Food Russian River invites you to join us in celebrating this heritage by purchasing fresh Dungeness directly from our small-scale, local fishermen.
Order your cooked, cleaned, and ready-to-eat Bodega Bay crab before March 3rd by clicking the button and filling out the order form. Pricing will be:
1 crab for $18
2 crabs for $36*
4 crabs for $68*
6 crabs for $102
8 crabs for $136
10 crabs for $170
*Market price is about $12/lb with the average crab weighing about 1.5 lbs. We offer $1 off per crab for orders of 4 crab or more.
Your crabs will be available for pickup at Golden State Cider in the Barlow on Saturday, April 2nd from noon until 4 pm. Payment may be made by cash, card, or check. While you wait, you can grab some cider – including our favorite Save the Gravenstein – to pair with your crab feast!
Local fisherman Dick Ogg will also be present to teach us a bit about the state of the Bay and our fishing community.
We hope to see you there!
