I have an absolutely beautiful (stunning) professionally designed and built recording studio available to the right producer or engineer for a fantastic monthly "time-share" rate TBD. I typically get 650 a day for my room when I’m working. Some other pursuits are taking up quite a bit of my time these days and the room is available about 1/2 the month. with real estate and studio leases so astronomical right now, maybe we can help ea. other out!! Room includes a comfortable nice size well tuned and very accurate control room, a large tracking room plus 4 isolation booths. 2" 24 track machine in excellent working order as well as pro-tools HD with 24 I/Os. Large format console with fully functional and 100% absolute phase correct patch bay and wring. Endless channels of class A mic pre and compression as well as time based effects. hammond C3 with Leslie, a collection of vintage guitar amps worthy of a museum, a mic locker to die for with both vintage and newer microphones.. Both sides of the glass sound fantastic and tell the truth.. Everything is plug and play and in great shape. Looking for a responsible reasonable person with sessions who wants to save on having a fulltime lease and doing a build out. The studio has a separate entrance from my house and is alarmed. There is plenty of safe street parking and seperate bathroom. A situation like this saved my life and career when my space of 20 years got gentrified and I was pushed out back in 2007.
