MISSION VIEJO, CA —A fight between two Orange County boys at Trabuco Hills High School left one student stabbed and another detained, officials say. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Orange County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Sgt. Ryan Anderson. Officers also found the knife, he said. Mission Viejo Police Services officers arrived at the school around 1:15 p.m. to find a boy had been stabbed on school grounds, Anderson told Patch. Neither of the teens' names or ages was released. Saddleback Valley Unified School District has been contacted for a statement on the incident, and this report will be updated when that is received.
