“Self-Love looks good on You” is a 55-minute guided practice.
We have created a calm, soothing atmosphere to assist with deep diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness and slow supported poses. Allow your mind to visit beautiful places as we ease your muscles into greater flexibility with each practice. Many of these positions are popular with dancers and yoga students and they will be familiar to many of you. This series will assist with range of motion, proprioception, mindfulness and balance. We will even spend a little time of our feet and hands. All body types are invited to join. Drop in fees must be paid in person. The dates of this class are begin 2.10.22 and run every Thursday for 12 weeks EXCEPT 2.17.2022 at 6:30pm.
Equipment required:
Yoga mat (household option: towel or blanket)
Hand Towel
Layered, comfortable clothing
Socks with grips (to avoid slipping)
Drop-ins are welcome until capacity is reached.
Masks are required covering mouth and nose simultaneously
