Rain is a 12 week old German Shepherd mix who came to our rescue with Stormy and Snow. She clearly thinks she is a model because she's constantly striking a pose in her foster home! She knows her angles and will work it for the camera. Rain is the bravest of her crew. The puppies were shy when they first arrived, but Rain took the lead and stepped out of her pen to explore and learn the ropes... or maybe search for some yummy treats! (This girl is most definitely food motivated, a super bonus for training!) She is spunky and fun and is very curious about everything. Rain always wants to get out of her pen or past a wall, or up on a couch etc, off on her next adventure. Rain‘s spunkiness makes her such a fun dog to watch. She is always finding new ways to learn about her world, and often makes her fosters laugh. Rain loves being outdoors and sunbathing in the grass. Just check out her photos! She finds it to be a huge bonus when there are toys outside. This girl is a toy fiend! She can often be found with a toy between her paws or in her mouth, and is even more excited when she can get a human or one of her siblings to engage in an epic game of tug! (Sometimes she even lets someone else win!) Rain will be a great fit for a home that is excited about doing some training. She's into treats and ready learn. She would be a great option for a home with an adult dog who can be her playmate and show her the ropes. She needs a buddy to run around and do her zoomies with! Rain is only an option for a home that has had a dog in the last 5 years. Prior large breed dog experience is definitely a plus. She's only an option for kids over the age of 10.
