Looking for a roommate who is willing to help out around home in exchange for room & board. I need help with household chores, some childcare of older kids in am, and helping with my small sized puppies. I need a roommate that is good around kids, family, and pups. I would love to have a roommate that is generally easy going and would like to join a family environment. We would like to include this person in different family activities too. The puppies are well behaved, trained, and small sized. I am a mom and nurse who is recovering from spine surgery but do not need medical help. I mainly need someone who can help me. I have some disability at times. This special roommate would help abit around the house, some cooking needed, watching my girls some, and with the pups. My home is clean, comfortable, with high speed internet, many movie entertainment platforms, and in a nice neighborhood not to far from CTC for those possibly interested in school. You do not need to pay any rent, utilities, or food. I am looking for a female roommate only who is trustworthy, healthy, and good around children as I have 2 daughters 15 & 10. We are an easy going family looking for someone who is also clean, organized, can cook, as well as dependable and trustworthy. Being a dog lover is a must! I have dogs but my roomy cannot have my roommate bring any pets along lol. We also frequently go to the lake in the summer to swim as well, watch movies, and have dinners. This would be a great fit for someone who is looking for a fresh start and possibly a long term place. This a a stictly professional position. Hoping to find a placement soon!
