Description
We're looking for drivers to help support the day-to-day operations at a startup called The Beach Society (Website: www.thebeachsociety.co). This is a part time, as needed role with the opportunity to go full-time working along the beautiful beach of Los Angeles.
The Beach Society is a luxury beach rental beach picnic and daybed service.
Job description:
-get notified as little as 24-48 hours of our beach set up and as long as two months in advance
-meet event director at the storage unit
-bring the appropriate list of items to the beach or home location booked
-carry items to the drop off point
-set up items
-greet client & leave once they arrive
-return to location in 2-4 hours
-help carry items back into the van
-meet event coordinator at the storage unit to drop used items back off
Now launching in LA, we're looking to bring on drivers who can help us!
Candidates must:
-have a valid CA driver's license
-have a vehicle (van or truck) with ample trunk space; our beds are 60"x80"
-have a positive attitude
-have the ability to carry heavy items up to 60 pounds
-great time management
The ideal candidate is/has:
-experience driving with any professional company
-is able to work on weekdays and specifically weekends
-great time management; our drivers are expected to arrive no later than our planned time as this is for a personalized event due to start at a specific time
-lives in or near West Los Angeles
If done well, this could lead to future full-time opportunities with the company!
