Rehoming a loving 3 year old Cat Simba [Orange TOBBY]

Sadden to say we need to rehome our loving cat Simba. he is about 3-years-old (orange color), we are looking for someone to take him as an in and out cat.  he always stayed outside, and only came for food and to sleep when we lived in Santa Clara and now We just moved to Almaden Valley, he can't stay outside due to a coyote attack in my area, He also Microchip. My Daughter and Son both have bad allergies issues with cats so we can't keep him inside.  I would greatly appreciate anyone's help. you can reach me for more discussion or if anyone is interested please let me know Orange TOBBY cat breeds Have a large cat litter box and food.
