Join our Drink & Draw gathering at The Ravenous Pig Beer Garden in Winter Park - Let's sketch the food on our plates! In the spirit of Urban Sketchers' Drink&Draw tradition, and as established worldwide, we are meeting to D&D again with friends sketchers from Orlando and Ctr. Florida. This time we'll challenge ourselves to sketch the food and beers served to our table or the on-location brewery line. We will discuss food sketches from around the world done by members of the Urban Sketchers community and apply food sketching techniques to our sketchbooks. True to Urban Sketchers vision & values we support each other and draw together, we use any kind of media and cherish our individual styles. Where: The Ravenous Pig Beer Garden providing American Gastropub Experience in Winter Park, Florida When: Thursday, Feb. 24th, 6:00 to 9:00 pm Pack some drawing gear and join us on a round table drawing session to capture visual stories into our sketchbooks, to bond and strengthen our friendship to share our art and sketching experience, and have a fun evening. Share this event with friends, sketchers, or those who wish to try drawing in a sketchbook on location. We look forward to sketching with you and hope you can make it! *** Registration to this event is required so we can reserve sufficient table space in the outdoors sitting area.   Urban Sketchers Orlando is a local chapter of the global community of Urban Sketchers, a movement that is sweeping masses of artists around the world who love drawing on location from observation, telling stories of their cities, places they live, and where they travel. We Are The Orlando USk Chapter, drawing our life in Orlando and around Central Florida, Showing the World, One Drawing at a Time. We meet for sketch-outings monthly, we host urban sketching workshops during each year, and we coordinate trips and events with other USk Chapters. We love connecting with people of our local community spreading the love for urban sketching and reaching out to USk friends and artists all over Florida and around the world!  Founded in 2016, the Orlando Urban Sketchers chapter has grown to over 400+ members.
