Soundbath, Guided Meditation, Reiki with Crystal Therapy Join Wendy (Soundbath Practitioner, Angel Therapy® Practioner & Reiki Master) and Gina (Reiki Practitioner & Massage Therapist specializing in Craniosacral). It’s Pisces season and the timing is perfect for self-love and heart centered healing. Let’s bring about well deserved positive experiences while we also add Crystal Therapy to the mix! We will begin with a grounding guided meditation and gently transition to the healing sounds of gongs and singing bowls, as well as the soothing effects of Reiki energy. The vibrational sounds of the gongs and singing bowls help you to relax and release stress, while simultaneously receiving Reiki, you're enabling the mind, body and soul connection. Please arrive 15 minutes early and get comfortable in your selected spot. Doors will close at 7:30PM and event will begin promptly. Please be on time. If you plan on bringing someone under the age of 18, please make sure they can lay quietly through a meditation without talking. The body goes into a very peaceful state and we want to respect the energy of all in attendance. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, pillow(s) and blanket, as body temperature may change during the soundbath and Reiki. These items are not provided by the spa at this time. We respect your right to privacy. We will not require you to show proof of vaccination. To attend the event, you are required to complete an Assumption of Risk form and questionnaire to confirm you have not been exposed to Covid-19 and do not have any cold or flu like symptoms.
