Wanted: Bassist for Art/Garage Punk

Looking for a collaborative bassist for an art/garage punk band. Would prefer someone in their 30's (I'm 36) but open. I have a practice space in Ventura and probably a drummer, would be looking to practice a night a week. Pretty much only one full song at the moment but I have a few starts for others. Would eventually like to play some shows locally and do some DIY videos and recordings.
