2yr old male pittie needs rescue ASAP!!

Can you help this pittie? He has been in the Riverside shelter for over a month and is now on the euthanasia list and will be destroyed soon if not adopted/rescued. He's no longer doing well being in the shelter for so long and is showing signs of "kennel stress" so they have just deemed him "special needs" because of it.
