Seeking SDSU Nutrition Research Participants for an Exciting Fruit and Health Study   The Exercise and Nutritional Sciences department at San Diego State University is looking for participants between the ages of 30-70 to participate in an exciting new clinical research study. This study examines the effects of fruits, specifically strawberries, bananas, oranges, grapes, watermelon, and apples, on cognitive function, motor control, and cardiometabolic and gut health.   You may be eligible to participate in this study if you: * Are between the ages of 40 and 70
 * Have a BMI between 20 and 30
 * Typically eat less than 2 cups of fruit per day
 * Are not a regular consumer of aspirin
 * Consume less than 5 alcoholic drinks per day
 * Smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day
 In four visits at SDSU over 24 weeks, participants will:  * Consume 2 cups/day of provided fruits for 8 weeks
 * Limit fruit consumption to less than ½ cup/day for another 8 weeks
 * Provide blood, urine, and stool samples
 * Perform cognition, motor function, and cardiovascular health assessments
 * Answer questions about medical history, diet, medication, and supplement use
