Small private horse farm / Sanctuary in Sebastopol is looking for a qualified, experienced, kind, farm helper for daily horse care, farm management, and admin support. We are a quiet home dressage farm with young and large WBs. Ideal candidate is patient, calm, responsible, strong (can lift hay bales), can operate farm tractors, and comfortable with big, fresh horses. Being handy with general property upkeep is helpful. Must have reliable transportation (even better if you have a truck). Flexible schedule.
