St. Julie Billiart Training Session of Volunteer Facilitators A Facilitator overall role is to lead, engage, and create a safe environment for participants in a small group to share, listen, and discern on the stirrings of the Holy Spirit regarding to their experience of Church, and their hopes and dreams for the Catholic Church. The Facilitator role would require a volunteer to be comfortable and confident in leading a small group of participants to engage in dialogue and respectful listening to each other.
