We are looking for individuals who are flexible; can adapt to the needs of the customer and project; ensure we surpass customer expectations; and enjoy working alongside a team. We are committed to excellence and providing the ultimate customer experience. We pay 10 hours a day minimum when on the job and you will be paid for additional hours. What this means for you is additional earnings if the projects are completed early! Projects at IFI consist of a variety of retail projects including millwork, casework, fixture work, gondola fixtures and most recently racking. The ideal candidate is skilled in one or more of these and able to add value to the project with their expertise. This is a traveling position and the good news is that travel is free! We compensate and reimburse for your time traveling to the job site. IFI also provides lodging for out of town projects so that you can focus on what matters most. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Willing to put the customer's needs first - Lead project OR Execute scope of work according to team lead - Assembly / Installation of fixtures - Leave job site in the best possible condition - Report any issues to team lead or IFI Project Manager - Proficient with hand tools - Able to safely navigate a job sit - Willing to climb ladders if needed - Willing to travel
