Description
9 week old male Chihuahua Poodle mix puppy ready for his forever home. This may be too much information to share but I think it's important so it's understood how great of a little guy he is! I found a kind loving home for him on Sunday 2/6 and he was picked up by the family. The mother texted me Monday 2/7 explaining that her autistic son was not reacting well to the puppy and that the unsettling in the home was far too much for them. She said that the doctor advised that she return the puppy and try again when her son is older. Of course, I responded letting her know that I would take the puppy back the same day and refund the full re-homing fee. When she brought him back to me she explained how upsetting this was for her because he is her " dream puppy". She said that in the 24 hours she had him, he slept quietly in his crate through the night and that he did not have one single potty accident in the home. This is a great puppy who is going to fit perfectly into the right family! We call him "Baby" and "Puppy" because we don't want to give him a permanent name that his soon to be family will surely change. His mom is a small Chihuahua weighing 8lbs, dad is a mini poodle weighing 12lbs. Dad has been genetic health tested and has zero health concerns which I can share with you if you are taking Baby home. He loves other dogs, warms up to new people within about 2 minutes so he will not be a scared/shy dog! Please text for the rehoming fee and with any questions you may have. I will want to know what kind of family he is going to and will use good judgment to make sure he doesn't end up in a bad home but I also will not be able to hold him for long if I have several people asking to take him. Also, he looks bigger in the pictures than he actually is. The families that chose his siblings all commented on how small they all are in person compared to the photos. I don't know how to show size but he is little. He currently weighs 3lbs. No doubt his head tilt skills and inquisitive listening ear (just the one ear lol) is going to bring so many laughs and fun times to his forever home! He has been dewormed but not vaccinated yet. You will need to take him to your vet within a week for his vaccines and a health checkup. I am 100% confident that he is healthy with no concerns but if a vet did find some kind of issue with him, I will be happy to take him back and refund the re-homing fee. Text me for more info!
