We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable Service Technician to service our new home customers. This is a FULL TIME Monday through Friday 40 hour a week position. There will be other income opportunities available to make MORE MONEY if you desire! Maintenance skills needed are: • Drywall repair on a new home, All of our homes are tape and texture so this is the MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT NEEDED, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO REPAIR AND BLEND IN TEXTURE ON CRACKS. • Squaring doors • Basic plumbing repair • We are primary New home construction so It's the basic new home punch list / make ready items along with some follow up service if needed. Requirements: • EXPERIENCE is required and verified • MUST have your own dependable vehicle for transportation to job sites, no rides or drop offs. • You are required to have your own basic tools no special equipment is required for this job.
