Needing Foster for English Bulldog, possible permanent

I have a family member who is going thru some tough times. She's without a regular place to live, has recently been in trouble with the law & is soon going to have to face that music... yada yada. I'm not looking for help for her, let me make that clear. But in the midst of all of this, she is toting around this absolutely beautiful, perfectly behaved English Bulldog. I'm trying to persuade her to consider rehoming him to an environment where he can enjoy life. He's a sweet little guy and deserves better. But she isn't quite wanting to commit to that yet. But she is starting to come around and think maybe a foster situation would be okay. Personally, I believe there is a good chance that it would be permanent. She is not going to be in a situation anytime soon to care for him. He is not neutered, and should be. But he's an amazing dog. Kind of lazy but I hear that's typical for the breed. I just hate to see any animal living this way. If anyone want to get involved email me.
