Online format by zoom, 10-weeks
Designed to improve movement, flexibility, and balance.
The program follows Sun style tai-chi modified for people with arthritis
by the Tai-chi for Health Institute.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30am to 12:30pm
The Tai Chi for Health programs are supported by the Centers for Disease Control, and Arthritis Foundations.
