Fix oil leak in 2007 Nissan Altima

I have a 2007 Nissan Altima that has an oil leak, which I believe is somewhere near the passenger tire. I had someone "fix" it a few months ago, but didn't seem like he did. He replace the oil pan gasket. A few days ago while driving the car, it started to smoke. When I opened the hood there was green liquid dripping everywhere. Not sure what that is. So I need both these oil leaks fixed. Looking for someone to come out here since I don't think my car is safe to drive now. Was hoping I can get some estimates to see if it's even worth fixing or not. Please text or send email with estimated price. Thanks
