Founded in 2012 by Richard “Big Rich” Bougere and Danielle Banks with a mission to simply, “Save young lives by creating opportunities.” Started by San Francisco rapper/mogul Richard "Big Rich" Bougere and Danielle Banks, Project Level has become a 2nd family and home to many young talented students.
