And if you're passionate about bicycles, you’ll fit right in! The Online Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in processing and fulfilling online orders for Mike’s Bikes. The individual will track orders from start to finish, initiate and receive transfers, package and box orders, and ensure they are receipted and shipped in an accurate and timely manner. They will also provide fulfillment support as needed and assist the Online Fulfillment department with daily tasks and project initiatives. This is an hourly, nonexempt position. Duties: -Pick, process, and ship online orders. -Assist with order processing, tracking inventory, and packaging products for shipping -Assist online sales dept. and store employees with online order fulfillment needs -Assist with inventory organization -Assist unloading shipments of bikes and product -Restock pick bins and update pick bin locations Requirements -Minimum of 2 years related work experience -High attention to detail -Strong operational process followthrough -Experience with web programs and applications. Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Problem-solving and time management skills
