A benefit for P.U.R.E. Youth Program. We're creating an elevated evening with a delicious dinner (VIPs) and live music & dancing for all. COVID Policy—we will follow local and statewide health orders. We will require masks indoors. Proof of vaccinations is required or 72 hour negative COVID test for attendance. P.U.R.E. (Positive, Unity, Resource, Education) Youth Group—a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization local to the Sacramento area—was created to mentor and empower our youth (ages 13-18) to develop social, academic, and leadership skills to become valuable members and leaders within the Sacramento community. The founder, Denita Pickens-Jones, serves as a pioneer as she addresses the struggles and pressure of adolescence in a positive and uplifting way that benefits the entire family. P.U.R.E. creates a safe space for youth to express themselves, have a voice, and find their purpose. Unlike other organizations who only focus on the youth, P.U.R.E. uniquely encourages their families to be a part of the process, supporting organic conversations and interactions over the community dinner table, through writing plays, community workshops, and role playing. P.U.R.E is a 501 (C3) Non-Profit specializing in Academic, Leadership and Performing Arts. P.U.R.E Youth Group is especially concerned with the struggles and pressures facing young people today.  We are dedicated to helping young people build relationships and learn coping skills Come support a great cause while enjoying a wonderful show!
