Congress are the ones to write legislation to pass into law not President Trump or any other President, unlike what democrats have claimed during his presidency he was not a dictator and couldn't just wave his arms making pronouncements that became law. Apparently you don't know how our government works or is suppose to. This is why even with a Congress controlled by his Republican Party he only got a handful but meaningful legislation passed. If you need proof a President isn't omnipotent look at all the trouble Biden is having getting the last piece of legislation he wants passed the $1.75 Trillion infrastructure bill which as it turns out is going to cost at least $4+ Trillion based on the scoring of the bipartisan CBO. President's aren't suppose to run a nation again that would be a dictator, besides the Constitution says states have rights under the 10th Amendment granting them powers not granted the Federal government in the Constitution. Lastly when you hate a man as much as you do Trump and don't understand how our Constitutional Republic works you'll never acknowledge all the good things he's done, ever. Not to worry you'll get a second chance to appreciate Trump as President when he wins in 2024, voters have a bad taste in their mouths under Biden and the Democratic Party's totalitarian regime and won't vote for them again to be in control. I am curious to the first re. What laws did Trump write that congress shot down? I do not recall Trump every writing and legislation. He did NOT write an infrastructure bill. He did NOT write healthcare reform. He mdid NOT write immigration reform. So how can you blame congress for not passing Trumps legislation when Trump did not write any plans for congress to vote on? For the first two years of Trumps presidency, the republicans controlled the house and the senate. Trump STILL failed to get anything done. Trump never attempted to write legislation. Trump has no idea how to run a nation. Trump failed to pull our Troops out of Afghanistan. Trump failed to rebuild our infrastructure. Trump failed to distribute a vaccine the he claims he created. Trump failed to bring manufacturing jobs back to America. Trump failed to support our veterans. Trump failed to work to reverse climate change. Trump failed to Brin g back the coal industry. Trump failed to build his border wall. Who our of the "swamp of Washington" did Trump "drain". Everyone who was in Washington before Trump is STILL there. Trump is gone. Trump failed to reduce violent crime rates nationwide. For the most part, Trump failed as a president because he never tried to fix anything. The ONLY legislation Trump passed was the 2017 tax retrorm. This tax bill rewarded U.S. companies by charging NO taxes on companies that manufactured OUTSIDE the US. This tax bill was great for the 1%ers. This tax bill saved Trump himself 16 million dollars per year. Middle class and working class Americans got screwed while the rich got more tax breaks.
