General Landscape Contractor has an immediate position open for a Diesel Mechanic to work on heavy duty construction equipment and trucks. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Heavy duty truck & tractor trailer repair and maintenance. * Hydraulic systems repair and maintenance. * Truck & equipment electrical work. * Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair. * Welding and machine work. EQUIPMENT FLEET * Backhoes, Bobcats, Skid steers, and Trenchers. * Ford Diesel Trucks. * Hydraulic Attachments. * Full Service Mechanics Truck. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with heavy duty tractor trailers. * General truck and trailer repair knowledge, tire replacement knowledge and capabilities. * Knowledge of compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations. * Ability to work independently. * Demonstrated track record of achievement and success. * Bi-lingual language skills desired.
