The Martin Luther King Jr. Stop The Violence Event is a student led fashion show, talent show, and violence prevention event. The Martin Luther King Jr. Stop The Violence Event is a student led fashion show, talent show, and violence prevention event. The event features a Youth Leadership Training, VIP Reception, fashion show, and talent show. The Stop The Violence Event is the longest and biggest youth led project on the West Coast. 3pm: Youth Leadership Training 4pm: VIP Reception 6pm: Fashion and talent Show 8:30pm - 11pm Youth Event funds raised from this event will support youth led activities for the reast of the school year. The mission of the P.A.R.T.I. Program (Positive Alternative Recreation Teambuilding Impact) is to promote education around youth healthy lifestyles and healthy decision making.
