Help please. I am trying to find my dog.

My name is Kelly. About four years ago, I found a dog on the freeway in Bakersfield. His name is Ruger aka Boog. He was covered in bleach, ticks, and emaciated. I rehabbed him and trained him for two years even though I was only allowed to have one dog at the time where we lived. When we moved, we adopted him out through the ASPCA's site in Santa Barbara. They labeled his tag at Roger because they had another dog named Ruger for adoption at the time. If you own my old dog now, I just want to make sure that he went to the right home because we worked so hard to have him love people and learn to get along with other dogs. I taught him a ton of tricks as well that you may not know about him. If you have him, I am not asking for him back. I just want to make sure that he is safe and went to a good home.
